Duties:

• Provide all spa services for clientele (ex. massages, body treatments, etc.) as outlined by Aveda’s guidelines.
• Consult with client to determine what level of intensity or areas to target for service.
• Promote retail sales to clientele.
• May do make-up touch ups, stress relieving treatments or hand facials when not booked.
• Sort through and stock inventory.
• Perform all necessary functions in the salon when requested to keep entire team on schedule. (ex. housekeeping)
• Set a positive example for all new and existing spa team members and other team members. Act in the role of mentor for new staff members when needed.
• Must maintain current clientele while continuing to build.
• Contribute to the growth and artistic standards of the spa.

Education/Experience:

• Current Massage Therapy License (Louisiana)
