- Children must be supervised. We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all our guests. We request children be brought into the Salon (hair & nail areas) only when they have an appointment. For everyone’s comfort and privacy, no children under 9 are allowed in spa treatment rooms. If you are unable to get a babysitter, we will gladly reschedule your appointment with no additional fees..
- Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your service to fully benefit from all your services with out delay. Services begin promptly at the time reserved.
- We respectfully require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellation. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged at 100% of the service booked. A credit card or gift card number will be required when booking spa appointments.
- Please turn off cell phones and pagers prior to arrival to help us maintain a peaceful environment.
- Spa Concepts will not be held responsible for any lost personal belongings.
