Duties:

• Attend all required training classes prescribed by Team Leader or Educational Coordinator.
• Provide all design services for clientele (ex. Hair cuts, styles, etc.).
• Provide all chemical services for clientele (ex. Highlights, perms, etc.).
• Consult with client to suggest appropriate methods to care for hair.
• Promote retail sales to the clientele.
• Contribute to the growth and productivity of the salon.
• Set a positive example for all new Designers and other team members. Act in the role of mentor for new staff members when needed.
• Must maintain current clientele while continuing to build.
• Contribute to the growth and artistic standards of the salon.

Education/Experience:

• Current Louisiana Cosmetology License
